Co-founder of Aplos Lab — an independent AI research initiative for low-resource Bhutanese language technology. Won 1st Place at AI4Tarayana (2026) and received BTN 500,000 pre-seed funding.
At NoMindBhutan, I build production AI agents for government digital transformation. At the Anti-Corruption Commission of Bhutan, I architected a fully air-gapped RAG system using Llama 3 and ChromaDB — where no prior digital corpora existed.

ACC DOCUMENT INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
Confidential🏆 Best Project of the Year 2026ACC investigators faced challenges across hundreds of handwritten statements and thousands of phone records — weeks of manual work. We built an AI-powered Document Intelligence platform to change that. An Agentic RAG system that reads handwritten ACC documents through a 3-layer OCR pipeline, reasons across evidence using a LangGraph multi-tool agent, cross-references phone records via Text2SQL, and uses a Vision Language Model to highlight the exact pixel location of every answer in the original document. Not a chatbot. Document Intelligence. Built for full on-premises deployment. Zero cloud dependency.

Smart parking platform enabling real-time parking discovery, reservation, and navigation. Camera-based detection and intelligent routing — built as a Pelsup under Pelsung Cohort 2's Innovate pathway for Gelephu Mindfulness City.

ZEEBAR RESORT
Full-stack hotel booking and reservation website for Zeebar Resort. Integrated RMA payment gateway, real-time availability, and responsive guest-facing UI.
DZONGKHA OCR DATASET
Crowdsourced handwritten Dzongkha text dataset with full data pipeline: collection intake, image ingestion, labelling, deduplication, and QA. Trained OCR model on resulting structured corpus.
THUNKU — WEEKEND BUILD
AI-powered PDF summarizer using abstractive summarization via the Gemini API. Shipped from idea to production in a single weekend.
